This is a summary of the adopted core buyer-license terms for the digital assets in the applicable product edition.

Core terms

Personal and internal commercial use is permitted. Resale, sharing, repackaging, and public distribution are prohibited.

What the terms cover

The terms cover original text, templates, Skills, examples and configuration assets included in the applicable tier. Third-party assets retain their own licenses and must be used in accordance with those licenses.

The product guidance supports using the purchased edition for your own work or the purchasing entity's internal business, making reasonable internal backups, and adjusting configuration and workflows as documented.

Edition and service boundaries

Starter and Professional cover their respective digital assets. Professional includes Starter. A separately agreed Design Sprint service does not transfer ownership of the provider's general templates or underlying methods.

Before a purchase

Purchases are not open. This page is not a complete order contract. The Terms of Service identify the operator, product, delivery arrangements and support. See also the Refund Policy. The selected edition and final order details must be displayed before payment. This summary does not expand the core license permissions.
