Who operates Praximint

Praximint is the product brand of Xiaoyu He (何晓宇), an individual creator based in mainland China. Contact for product, delivery and policy questions: 614517030@qq.com.

These terms cover this website and the Starter and Professional editions of AI Workflow System. Purchases are not currently open. The order provisions below describe the intended sales arrangement and apply when an order is accepted; publishing these terms does not mean checkout is available.

What you are buying

These are original downloadable digital materials: local Markdown Skills, task guides, examples, templates and supporting configuration files for use with Codex. Starter contains six task paths. Professional includes Starter and contains 21 total Skills, six systems, 24 capability cards and 15 recipes. The product page identifies the contents of each edition.

The offered product edition is in English. A Chinese website does not mean the purchased files are Chinese. No physical goods, hosted AI service, model credits or Codex subscription are included. Design Sprint and custom consulting are outside these sales terms.

Price and orders

The planned prices are USD 39 for Starter and USD 129 for Professional, each a one-time purchase without automatic renewal. Review the edition, currency, taxes, total charge and delivery information displayed before paying. An enquiry by email is not a paid order or reservation.

For any future order processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles the payment transaction under its buyer terms. Praximint provides the product and product support. Paddle checkout is not yet connected on this website.

Delivery and access

The planned delivery is a download of the purchased edition after payment confirmation, through a private download page that you can bookmark. Delivery integration is still being prepared; purchases remain closed while checkout and delivery are verified. Sales will open only after payment and delivery are working.

When ordering, use an email address you can access. Save the receipt and keep a backup of the complete product folder. If access is missing or a file cannot be opened, contact us with the order reference and edition so we can investigate and restore the correct delivery. Refund remedies are described in the Refund Policy.

License and ownership

Personal and internal commercial use is permitted. Resale, sharing, repackaging, and public distribution are prohibited. These permissions apply to the original materials included in the purchased edition. Ownership of those materials is not transferred. Third-party assets retain their own licenses. You may make reasonable internal backups and adjust configurations and workflows for the permitted use. No rights to distribute the original materials are granted by using them in a commercial project.

Requirements and support

You provide your own Codex access, suitable computer and working environment. Related subscriptions and model usage are separate costs. The included structural preflight tool requires PowerShell 7 or later. See the homepage for tested environments and limitations before choosing an edition.

Email 614517030@qq.com for missing files, download problems, clarification of the included instructions and reproducible defects. Include the edition, version and a brief description; remove secrets and private project content. Installation services, private-environment migration, custom implementation and unlimited consulting are not included.

The purchase covers the edition described at the time of the order. No lifetime upgrades, future features or permanent compatibility with changing third-party tools are promised. This does not reduce remedies for a defective or misdescribed product.

Responsible use and consumer rights

Review AI-generated output before acting on it and back up important work before applying changes. Examples illustrate a method; they do not guarantee income, employment, error-free output or any particular project result. Use the materials lawfully and respect third-party rights.

The Refund Policy explains how to report problems and request a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Where mandatory consumer protections or the applicable payment reseller terms give you greater rights, those rights remain available.

Privacy and changes

See the Privacy Policy for information handling. We may update these pages as the product or sales process changes. The terms shown when an order is placed govern that order; a later update does not retroactively remove purchased rights. We will provide notice and obtain consent where legally required.
