PRAXIMINT

Privacy Policy

Updated September 8, 2026

Operator and current scope

Xiaoyu He (何晓宇), an individual creator in mainland China operating as Praximint, is responsible for the personal information handled for this website and product support. Contact: 614517030@qq.com.

The website includes payment and download functionality being prepared for launch. Purchases remain closed during verification. There is no registration or mailing list. The order-related sections below explain the intended processing once sales open, rather than claiming that orders are already being collected.

Website visits

We have not added analytics, advertising trackers, third-party fonts or embedded media. The product page loads Paddle’s checkout library. When purchases open, starting checkout saves a random download credential in this browser’s local storage so you can recover your order. Only its hash is attached to the Paddle order. The download page sends the credential securely to our Cloudflare-hosted delivery service to check payment and provide the purchased files. You can remove saved credentials by clearing this site’s browser data; keep your receipt for support. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site and may process IP addresses, request information and security logs for those purposes.

Email and product support

When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you provide. We use them to answer enquiries, explain product instructions and resolve reported issues. Correspondence is handled through QQ Mail and the sender’s email provider. Please omit passwords, full payment details, identity documents and confidential project files.

Orders when sales open

To provide a purchased edition and handle support, refunds or disputes, we may receive the purchase email, customer name, order reference, edition, transaction date, payment status, amount and relevant billing or tax information from the payment reseller. We use only information needed for fulfilment, records and support. We do not need your full card number or payment password.

For a transaction processed by Paddle, Paddle handles its own checkout and payment data under its Privacy Policy. That processing applies when you use Paddle’s services. A link to its policy does not mean this website already has a live Paddle checkout.

Your local work

The digital materials are used in your own environment. This website does not receive your local project files, prompts or AI outputs merely because you use the materials. The host and AI services you choose may process that information under their own terms.

Use, disclosure and transfers

We handle information to respond to requests, fulfil accepted orders, maintain secure services and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a lawful basis or consent is required, we use the basis applicable to that purpose and obtain consent where necessary. We do not sell personal information or use support correspondence for unsolicited marketing.

Information is shared only as needed with hosting, email and, when used, payment or delivery providers, or when legally required. The operator is in China and providers may process information elsewhere. Applicable cross-border transfer requirements must be met; we do not promise that all information remains in your country.

Retention and security

We retain correspondence while needed to resolve the matter and maintain necessary support records. Order records, once created, are retained for applicable accounting, legal and dispute-handling obligations. Information no longer needed for those purposes is deleted or anonymised. Provider-held records follow the provider’s own retention rules.

We restrict access to the accounts and records used for support and use reasonable security measures. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests and policy changes

Contact 614517030@qq.com to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent or complain to a relevant authority. We may need reasonable verification and may retain information where legally required.

We will update this policy when practices change and provide notice or seek consent where required. The date on this page identifies the current version.
